Viktoriya V. Badoeva, Esq.
Viktoriya V. Badoeva is a founding member of the firm. Ms. Badoeva graduated from Moscow State University of International Affairs School of Law (J.D., with honors) in 2007, (LL.M, with honors) in 2009, and Fordham University School of Law (LL.M, Magna Cum Laude) in 2011.
Prior to completing her LL.M in 2011, Ms. Badoeva was an Associate with the corporate department of Salans, L.L.P. (currently known as Dentons) (Moscow-based office), where she was primarily engaged in international cross-border M&A transactions. Ms. Badoeva also worked as Legal Counsel for GE Healthcare, Russia, and as an Associate with the New York based prominent healthcare law firm.
Ms. Badoeva has extensive experience in working on matters involving corporate transactions, including LBO transactions, corporate formation and organization, contract development and negotiation, shareholder agreements, practice dissolution, restrictive covenant matters, employment and corporate disputes. Ms. Badoeva is also experienced in representing physician practices, and individual physicians on various matters of healthcare law, including state disciplinary (OPMC) investigations and proceedings, medical staff privileging matters, resident physician grievance matters.
Ms. Badoeva is licensed to practice in New York (2012) and in Russia (2007). She has a diverse professional legal background, and is experienced in representing clients in both commercial litigation and business transactions. Ms. Badoeva is fluent in Russian.
