Viktoriya V. Badoeva is a founding member of the firm. Ms. Badoeva graduated from Moscow State University of International Affairs School of Law (J.D., with honors) in 2007, (LL.M, with honors) in 2009, and Fordham University School of Law (LL.M, Magna Cum Laude) in 2011.

Prior to completing her LL.M in 2011, Ms. Badoeva was an Associate with the corporate department of Salans, L.L.P. (currently known as Dentons) (Moscow-based office), where she was primarily engaged in international cross-border M&A transactions. Ms. Badoeva also worked as Legal Counsel for GE Healthcare, Russia, and as an Associate with the New York based prominent healthcare law firm.

Ms. Badoeva has extensive experience in working on matters involving corporate transactions, including LBO transactions, corporate formation and organization, contract development and negotiation, shareholder agreements, practice dissolution, restrictive covenant matters, employment and corporate disputes. Ms. Badoeva is also experienced in representing physician practices, and individual physicians on various matters of healthcare law, including state disciplinary (OPMC) investigations and proceedings, medical staff privileging matters, resident physician grievance matters.

Ms. Badoeva is licensed to practice in New York (2012) and in Russia (2007). She has a diverse professional legal background, and is experienced in representing clients in both  commercial litigation and business transactions. Ms. Badoeva is fluent in Russian.

Michele Cea, Esq.

Michele Cea is a founding member of the firm. Mr. Cea graduated from Catholic University School of Law in Milan, Italy (J.D., 2009, with honors), and Fordham University School of Law in New York (LL.M., 2011, Cum Laude).

Prior to completing his LL.M at Fordham Law School in 2011, Mr. Cea was a legal trainee in a boutique Italian corporate law firm, where he was primarily dealing with shareholder agreements and various business transactions. In New York, Mr. Cea collaborated as a foreign attorney with a preeminent white collar law firm in matters related to financial frauds, securities regulation and corporate compliance, among others. Mr. Cea was also employed as an Associate in the New York office of an Italian law firm, where he represented Italian clients operating in the U.S. In this position, he gained a valuable experience in the business law practice area, including corporate formation and dissolution, commercial transactions, trademark registration and business immigration.

Prior to partnering with Ms. Badoeva, Mr. Cea founded his own practice focused on business immigration. He has extensive experience with non-immigrant visa petitions, focusing on representing artists in the field of fashion, visual/performing/ applied arts and entrepreneurs in investor visas.

Mr. Cea is licensed to practice in New York (2013) and in Italy (2012). Mr. Cea is fluent in Italian and conversational in Spanish. Mr. Cea is a member of the New York City Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association and the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
